Easy Quotes
Easy Quotes lets shoppers collect products into a quote request instead of a cart, fill in a form you design, and send it to you. Every request arrives in Shopify as a draft order with the shopper’s answers attached, so you price it, send the invoice, and get paid through your normal checkout.
It suits stores where the price depends on the job: made-to-order goods, wholesale and trade pricing, freight-heavy items, installations, or anything where a customer expects a conversation before a number.
How a quote travels
- A shopper hits Add to quote on a product page or in a product grid.
- Items collect in the mini quote — a drawer, a panel under your header link, or a panel that pushes the page across.
- On your quote page they review the list and fill in your form.
- Submitting creates a draft order in Shopify, tagged so you can find it, with their answers saved against it.
- You set the prices and send the invoice from Shopify as usual.
Nothing bypasses Shopify. The shopper pays through your own checkout, with your own shipping and tax rules.
