Where a store lands when a trial ends. Shoppers can’t send new quote requests until you pick a plan, but nothing is lost:
- Every quote you’ve already received stays in the app
- Draft orders in Shopify are untouched
- Your form and settings are saved, ready for when you upgrade
Base — $25.99/month
Everything one store needs to take quote requests:
- Unlimited quote requests
- One quote form
- Text, paragraph, email, phone, number and dropdown fields
- Sections and validation
- A draft order per quote, with the shopper’s answers attached
- Add to quote button, quote page and mini quote drawer
- Quote dashboard: conversion, sales and open quote totals
Not included: more than one form, mini quote styles beyond the slide-in drawer, more than one language, conditional fields, cart-to-quote, marketing opt-ins, radio and checkbox fields, and Klaviyo.
Pro — $90/month
Everything in Base, plus:
- Up to 25 quote forms — trade vs. retail, per collection, per market
- Radio buttons, checkboxes and checkbox groups
- Conditional fields and sections
- Email and SMS marketing opt-ins, subscribed in Shopify
- Mini quote styles: the panel under your header link, and the one that pushes the page across
- Convert cart to quote

Changing plan
Your form and settings are kept whatever plan you’re on. Downgrading doesn’t delete a Pro-only setting — it just stops applying it, and it comes back if you upgrade again.
